高崎銘菓 おたふくまのぽくぽく焼き（チーズ入） 顔だけバージョンも作りました。中にチーズを入れてのテスト焼き。なかなかうまく行きました。業務用のホットケーキミックスを買ってきて練習中。ハンドミキサーも導入したので、きめ細かい生地を早く作れるようになりました。チャッキリも購入予定！
