ポイント
・フライパンがテフロン加工なら、油を塗る必要はありません。
・ふっくら焼くポイントは、強めの火で、一気に焼くこと。
・気泡は中から炭酸ガスが出てきたものです。これが全部はじけてしまったらふんわり焼・けません。気泡が4〜5個はじけ、周囲がちょっと乾いた状態が、ひっくり返す目安です（下の写真を参考に！）。
・一枚焼くごとに、フライパンを、ふきんでさましてください。
